Job Purpose: The purpose of the job is to ensure the operational maintenance of systems and tools related to the machine life cycle. The role involves troubleshooting, implementing improvements for machines, and managing BOMs and configurator of price list machines. Responsibilities: Evaluate possibilities for cost reductions, optimizations, production flow improvements, and assembly ergonomics by gathering ideas, issues, and feedback. Execute necessary changes to standard machines after discussions with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Development functions. Manage bills of materials, standard components, and machine entry lists, including CAD configurator management. Replace commercial components as needed. Perform mechanical drawing and structural calculations for mechanical design. Support strategic sourcing and quality departments with technical advice on materials from external suppliers. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma. Knowledge of CAD 2D and 3D. Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
