To establish and develop our Italian market, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic sales professional to lead our market presence in Italy. Your responsibilities – driving forward with energy : Market Development & Strategy : Responsibility for market entry and systematic expansion of sales activities in Italy. Develop regional sales strategies in coordination with HQ. Identify market potentials, target groups, and competitors. Build a reliable network in the industry (distributors, installers, EPCs, wholesale). Sales & Customer Management : Support and develop distribution and wholesale partners. Acquire new sales partners and installers. Conduct product trainings, webinars, and on-site presentations. Negotiate offers and contracts up to closing. Achieve sales targets and KPIs. Brand Representation & Market Presence : Build trust and brand awareness among target groups. Participate in trade fairs, events, and industry meetings. Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns. Monitor market trends and customer feedback. What you bring – what we are looking for : Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in PV, storage, inverters, or related technologies. Proven success in building and expanding sales structures. Network in the Italian solar/energy industry is an advantage. Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for renewable energy. Initiative, closing strength, and perseverance. Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and professional demeanor.
