They seek an exceptional UX Designer. This is a remote, project-based role that may lead to full-time employment. Candidates worldwide are welcome; preference for those in Europe, Israel, Southeast Asia, or North America. Requirements Minimum 4 years of UX design experience, especially with complex no-code web products and B2B SaaS platforms. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design is advantageous. A strong portfolio demonstrating challenges, ideas, and impact, especially projects delivered to production, simplifying complex problems into intuitive interfaces. Show leadership in design and understanding of systems. Solid knowledge of user-centered design and testing methodologies. Ability to present and justify design choices grounded in research, theories, and analytics. Awareness of current and emerging design patterns and critique skills. Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and thrive in ambiguity. Team-oriented, willing to share knowledge, receptive to feedback, and constructive criticism. Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to the growth of the design team.
