To strengthen our Finance department at our Milan Office, we are seeking a committed and reliable personality to join us as soon as possible as a Corporate Controller (F / M / D) . Objectives The position supports the oversight of the company's accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to local and international standards. The role contributes to the month-end close process, manages internal controls, supports audits, and plays a key role in budgeting and financial planning. Acting as a bridge between operations and finance leadership, the Corporate Controller ensures financial integrity and enables data-driven decision-making across the organization. Main Tasks Management of opex and capex planning processes (BDG, forecast 1, forecast 2, 3-year plan), in compliance with Group deadlines; produce related reports and variance analysis. Management of opex and capex monthly closure , ensuring checks of accounting entries (accruals and prepayments if needed); produce reports by functional area and by nature; analyze variances. For the Communication area, prepare WW-level reports with detailed analysis by nature. Management of workflow , in collaboration with the accounting team, to ensure proper accounting by cost center and account. Daily contact with the accounting teams in Hard and Milan to support correct accounting practices. Develop tools/dashboards to monitor KPIs, share insights, and recommend actions. Interact and actively support various departments with ad hoc analysis and reporting. Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify areas of improvement and potential savings. Identify possible areas for process improvement and cost savings. Actively participate in ongoing projects. Your Profile Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or sales analysis. Four years of background in controlling, accounting, or audit firms. Demonstrates relevant business knowledge and financial awareness. Dedicated to driving the business in a profitable and sustainable way. Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Business or equivalent experience. Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus. Analytical, positive, and eager to grow. Able to work well with a team and independently. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
