We are hiring a Legal Counsel for our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and functionally to the Head of Legal Services. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Head of Legal Services with legal issues (excluding labor law), such as providing legal opinions, drafting contracts, and handling legal arguments with a global impact. Main Activities : Preparing legal opinions to support business areas, including: Gathering requests from departments; Analyzing requests considering company needs, subjects, timing, legal and process constraints, and request levels; Collaborating with external legal providers for specific issues; Assessing legal risks to support business decisions with various solutions. Drafting contracts (dealership, sponsorship, motorsport, consultancy, procurement, engineering, licensing) worldwide; Supporting service requests from departments; Assisting in negotiations with suppliers on legal issues; Ensuring adherence to timelines. Regulatory topics : Analyzing automotive sector regulations worldwide and ensuring product compliance. Legal arguments management : Gathering information and analyzing with involved units; Evaluating legal risks and advising on strategic responses; Collaborating with external legal providers as needed; Providing legal support on brand protection and intellectual property cases; Monitoring legal service providers and costs; Cooperating with VW Legal units for benchmarking and updates; Supporting legal issues worldwide in collaboration with regional heads; Assisting in product liability matters. About you Law degree (MBA / LLM or equivalent is a plus); Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies; Bar admission preferred; Proficiency in Italian and English; German is a plus; Effective communication skills; Teamwork orientation; Precise and attentive to detail.
