Project Manager Officer

Job Opening: Project Manager Officer (PMO) We are seeking a Project Manager Officer (PMO) to join our team. The successful candidate will support management in planning, monitoring, and coordinating projects, ensuring objectives are met efficiently. Main Responsibilities: Support to management in project planning and execution Manage the project portfolio, maintaining an accurate and updated inventory of ongoing projects Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets Facilitate communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders Produce periodic reports on project progress and conduct analyses Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within product companies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities Results-oriented with a continuous improvement attitude Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) Excellent knowledge of Excel Offer Details: Contract: Fixed-term, with the possibility of conversion to permanent Salary: €1,800.00 - €2,400.00 per month Company mobile phone Company laptop Additional Information: Work schedule: Monday to Friday Additional compensation: Production bonus, 14th salary Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree (preferred) J-18808-Ljbffr
