OTB S.p.A. is seeking a Corporate Governance & Compliance Specialist at its headquarters in Breganze (VI). Within the Governance & Compliance function, the selected candidate will assist the team in managing and maintaining compliance programs, updating the Group's Corporate Governance model, and performing the following activities: Maintain and update the Group's Corporate Governance model; Analyze new regulations and assess their impact on strategies, processes, and procedures, proposing necessary implementations; Stay updated on relevant regulations such as D.Lgs 231/2001, Antitrust, GDPR, TU 81/08, and advise accordingly; Support the business in compliance-related issues; Conduct targeted risk assessments to identify deviations from current regulations and develop corrective action plans; Support audit teams in verifying the application of company procedures and implement corrective actions if anomalies are found; Assist Vigilance Bodies with reporting and compliance audits under D. Lgs 231/2001; Design and perform compliance checks and audits; Participate in sector-specific regulatory compliance projects; Provide support in preparing periodic reports on activities for senior management and corporate bodies. Requirements include: Two or three years of experience in Compliance or Internal Audit functions within structured groups, preferably in Risk and Compliance consultancy firms; Degree in Economics or Law; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Strong communication and organizational skills; Flexibility, determination, and dynamism.
