Our client is now looking to expand their team with an IT Logistics Operations Engineer (LOE). Roles and responsibilities: As an IT Logistics Operations Engineer (LOE), your tasks will include: Monitoring and managing software systems (WCS, WMS, PLC, SCADA) and associated hardware Identifying and analyzing root causes of system and IT issues Handling incident and problem management, as well as change management Supporting software repair processes through investigation Enhancing the stability of IT systems Assisting engineering/maintenance teams during breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance activities Defining best practices Requirements for applicants: Ability to prioritize workload effectively based on current business needs Enjoyment of flexible working hours with associated challenges Team player with the ability to work independently with high responsibility Good knowledge of Linux operating systems, including command line interface, log file navigation, and deployment Proficiency in SQL (DML, DDL, TCL), SQL Developer, and experience with PL/SQL Ability to read and modify simple C++ code Debugging skills and hands-on experience with Oracle databases Eagerness to learn, develop, and take on challenges Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues in Austria Proficiency in English Note: If you do not meet all requirements but are eager to learn, junior profiles are very welcome!
