Workplace: Onsite Position Location: Truccazzano (Milano), IT, 20060 Contract Type: Full-Time Employment Type: Regular We are looking for a driven, independent, and enthusiastic person interested in joining the Italian team of a major multinational pump company: GRUNDFOS POMPE ITALIA . Responsibilities Maintain and upgrade ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Promote a culture of continuous improvement and support business excellence initiatives. Facility management: oversee the building of Grundfos Pompe Italia headquarters, ensure maintenance, and reduce environmental footprint. Duties and Requirements Implement safety, health, and environmental protection programs, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Italian regulations. Manage maintenance programs for equipment, systems, and facilities. Provide safety training using various methods. Communicate effectively with individuals and groups, both orally and in writing. Conduct root cause analysis and work effectively with diverse teams to meet HSE and maintenance goals. Interpret and communicate technical documents related to HSE procedures and risk assessments. Operate computer software (MS Office, SAP) for planning and data management. Lead development and improvement of business processes. Ensure a safe and comfortable work environment, and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and environmental impact reduction. Keep up-to-date with safety, quality, and building regulations. Candidate Profile University degree in Engineering. Professional certifications as a Health & Safety Manager and safety trainer according to Italian law. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to meet objectives within deadlines, and work under pressure. Fluent in Italian and English.
