Senior Commissioning Manager

Our team, within the Global Design and Construction division, delivers over 70 projects annually worldwide, with an annual capex exceeding $4 billion. This role involves planning and coordinating commissioning for large-scale greenfield and retrofit data centers. Responsibilities: Develop and implement multi-facility commissioning plans and schedules based on standards. Contribute to Critical Environment Programs. Coordinate with business operations and construction managers. Manage regional project pipelines to assist resource planning. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on commissioning activities. Maintain logs, checklists, and tracking tools for projects. Assist in developing testing procedures and factory acceptance tests. Generate customer-facing reports and present progress updates. Handle escalations and act as a primary contact for customers. Follow and improve commissioning processes. Manage progress reporting and documentation during commissioning phases. Lead vendor management activities, including reviews and KPI assessments. Requirements: Experience in data center commissioning preferred. Leadership experience in mission-critical environments preferred. Fluent in technical and conversational English.
