Experience and Responsibilities: Practiced law in Italy, either at a law firm or as in-house counsel, with exposure to key challenges in the role. Negotiate, draft, and review cross-border commercial contracts including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, marketing, SaaS, and technology agreements. Assist with global product development and launches by drafting communications, legal terms, and policies. Partner with cross-functional teams and outside counsel on technology, product, marketing, commercial, regulatory, intellectual property, and consumer protection matters. Manage disputes and litigation in Italy and internationally. Guide global labor matters in alignment with company values and culture.
