Tender Specialist (Italian Speaking)

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth. Job Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform and Document Management: Regularly monitor procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa), download and fill out necessary documents, upload completed documents timely, and review/update business documents regularly. Tender Management: Prepare and organize tender documents, assist sales with bid preparations, maintain updated business documents, and archive tender materials post-submission. Logistics Support: Manage customer shipment bookings and troubleshoot delivery issues with couriers and customs. Accounts Receivable Support: Handle invoicing and payment processes. Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by managers. Essential Skills / Experience: Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields. Biology background or relevant experience is a plus. Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in biotech, medical devices, or regulated environments. Deep understanding of tender procedures and regulations. Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Native or business-level proficiency in Italian. J-18808-Ljbffr
