As a responsible for a Telco Account, you will hold a meaningful role, focused on crafting and driving our strategic relationships within the telco space. You will work with and influence key decision makers to grow Apple's business. You should demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends in our sales channels and existing knowledge of key players of MNOs, MVNOs, and Consumer Electronics market, ideally having worked with mobile network operators previously. Be a team worker with a proven track record of driving initiatives within a complex matrix environment. A strong analytic attitude is also required, to monitor key performance indicators that support growth and enable forecasts on the overall health of our account plans. You will be responsible for annual and quarterly strategic business plans to achieve all Apple's relevant LOBs growth objectives. You will build an account plan, sales initiatives, and work cross-functionally within Apple and the telco partners to execute sales programs with excellence. Influence, negotiate, and execute quarterly demand generation activities. Collaborate with Reseller Operations, Finance, and the partner to lead the forecast and supply planning process to improve inventory efficiency and in-stock metrics. Support Partner Marcomm and the Partners to create great plans on ATL, ensure consistent execution on BTL, and provide the best Customer Experience through our Merchandising solutions. Use partner's insights and reporting tools to maximize productivity. Work and influence the Partners to associate the most appealing Tariff Plans to End Users. Plan CRM activities to stimulate sales, cross-sell, and up-sell our Ecosystem. Relationship Building - experience developing positive relationships throughout all levels of the organization. Analytical Agility - highly analytical with the ability to convert data into business intelligence while staying focused on the overall objective.
