Take ownership of continuous improvements In this role, you will serve as a Design Architect for Facility projects, developing architectural designs for approval by relevant authorities (Comune, Soprintendenza, etc.). As a Facility Design Architect, your responsibilities will include: Generating ideas for creating new assets and refurbishing existing assets from an architectural and facilities perspective Ensuring designs comply with standards, are cost-effective, and meet quality expectations Developing cadastral documents for submission to land/building registries (Catasto) Signing documents as the official architectural designer for authorities and registries Engaging with external designers responsible for detailed design development Reviewing external design outputs to ensure compliance with building regulations Fuel your passion To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering Chartered status as an Architect or Engineer (Abilitazione all’esercizio della professione di Architetto o Ingegnere, and registration with the respective professional register) Fluency in Italian; English proficiency is preferred Several years of experience in architectural design, especially in permit approval processes Expert knowledge of building regulations Some knowledge of Civil Works and General Facilities Construction Effective communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Legal eligibility to work in Italy Work in a way that works for you We recognize individual differences in working preferences.
