Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients. Deliver offers and quotes to existing and prospective customers. Report to the Sales Director Europe. Main Activities: Define sales strategies for the company's products. Gather information for sale contracts. Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions. Identify new business opportunities, particularly in replacing Polyamide compounds. Negotiate sale terms with management's approval. Manage customer rates and records. Issue material samples and test requests for the laboratory. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes. Manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and structural changes. Serve as an interface among customers, management, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance. Support technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes. Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during meetings. Your profile: Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques. Deep knowledge of company's technical capabilities and product advantages. Experience in the plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with successful account management. Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes. Strong decision-making skills to identify and solve customer issues. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments.
