Position: The Mechanical-Mechatronics Product Engineer designs mechanical and electromechanical products by analyzing customer requirements, developing and testing specifications and methods. They evaluate products and systems through research and apply principles of thermohydraulics, hydraulics, and materials engineering. Responsibilities: Design and develop new products for assigned projects. Support prototyping and testing activities. Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues from foreign branches, and process engineers. Perform finite element calculations. Collaborate in Value Analysis (VA) / Value Engineering (VE) activities. Requirements: Degree or diploma in technical disciplines. Good knowledge of hydraulics principles. Knowledge of mechanical and mechatronic design. Experience with FEA/FEM analysis. Proficiency with SolidWorks, Abaqus, and Siemens Simcenter Amesim software. Fluent in English. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Residence near Reggio Emilia is preferred. Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad. Other information: International environment. Innovation.
