Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients. Provide offers and quotes to current and potential customers. Report to the Sales Director Europe. Main Activities: Develop sales strategies for the company's products. Gather information for preparing sale contracts. Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions. Seek new business opportunities, especially related to replacing Polyamide compounds. Negotiate sales terms with management's approval. Manage customer rates and records. Issue material samples and test requests for the laboratory. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ensure contracts and sales volumes are properly managed. Identify and manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and structural changes. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments. Support technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes. Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during management meetings. Your profile: Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques. Deep understanding of company's technical capabilities and product advantages. Knowledge of the plastics industry and processing, especially injection moulding, with proven account management success. Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes. Strong decision-making skills to identify and resolve customer issues. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments.
