Lead Test Project Engineer

Partner with the best As a Lead Test Project Engineer, you will work in the Technology Testing Lab (TTL) within the Innovation organization. Your role involves leading validation test projects for product development programs and supporting service and production testing needs. You will collaborate with external testing institutions and universities and contribute to the technical improvement of existing products and components. As a Lead Test Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating internal and external teams (from other laboratories) across the full test cycle. Acting as the main technical interface between the Technology Lab and all project-related functions. Providing technical leadership to the test design team supporting validation projects. Generating cost estimates and scheduling validation activities. Designing and constructing test facilities, instrumentation systems, and developing test software. Fuel your passion To succeed in this role, you should have: An MSc in Engineering or equivalent. Exposure to turbomachinery fundamentals. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and thermodynamics measurement principles. Proficiency with industrial measurement sensors. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Fluency in English.
