Mission : The HSE Coordinator is responsible for promoting and ensuring the health and safety of Voltalia workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with environmental requirements, and supporting continuous improvement processes to satisfy stakeholders while maintaining legal compliance. Responsibilities : Cover the RSPP role. Implement Voltalia Group's HSE policies, procedures, and documentation within the local organization. Monitor compliance with national and European regulations, ensuring the implementation of applicable HSE laws and standards (ENHESA). Manage legal and contractual documentation, including permits, licenses, authorizations, and other relevant QHSE documents. Conduct risk assessments for all occupational health and safety activities. Develop the HSES Master plan for projects. Participate in developing procedures and RAMS for Voltalia's work; review subcontractors' RAMS and HSE documentation. Support the corporate in implementing the HSES Plan. Supervise the management and update of O&M records and other HSE-related documentation such as audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits, and training. Develop SOPs (operational safety plans), emergency plans, risk assessment documents, and other necessary documentation in accordance with current regulations. Maintain a database of health & safety incidents and their management. Report non-conformities or incidents immediately and follow up with investigations. Ensure the maintenance of existing certifications and propose continuous improvement initiatives in ISO standards. Conduct safety, health, environment, and quality training for workers. Manage PPE selection and distribution. Oversee subcontractor quality control, verifying their training and mandatory documentation compliance. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive action plans. Conduct site QHSE monitoring through visits, inspections, and audits. Update monthly reports on QHSE and environmental KPIs. Participate in QHSE meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers. Requirements : Degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields (Postgraduate studies in Quality, Safety, and Environment are a plus). 5-7 years of experience in health and safety issues. Training in health, safety, and environmental management; good knowledge of relevant laws and standards. Key Skills : Problem-solving orientation. High initiative and autonomy.
