Job Description Preparing in final form all correspondence to suppliers/contractors, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), as required. Executing cost and price analyses on complex proposals and quotations, submitting results, and making recommendations for contract awards. Assuming overall responsibility for contracts from negotiation through to closure. Complete secondary school, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience. Sound experience in procurement methods, contract development, and negotiations, typically acquired as a Junior Buyer after five to seven years in the agency or a similar organization. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. What Do We Offer?
