About the Role As Maintenance Manager, you will develop and implement preventive maintenance solutions, ensuring prompt resolution of maintenance issues within a safety-conscious, lean, and environmentally friendly environment. Responsibilities Report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and lead the Maintenance Team Support budget definition and collaborate with central teams on initiatives like Central Manufacturing Engineering, Green Spirit, and Safety Ensure safety rules are known and respected Define and control maintenance strategies, guidelines, and objectives Plan and coordinate maintenance activities (internal and external) Determine necessary spare parts and equipment to meet business needs Participate in the development and acceptance testing of new equipment Create and manage master data for all equipment in the maintenance system Develop lean management strategies for maintenance tasks Define strategies for managing contractors Share and implement best practice solutions locally Perform risk assessments related to maintenance Introduce and monitor maintenance performance indicators Control maintenance costs within the annual budget Qualifications Technical Degree required Minimum 5 years in maintenance roles and 3 years in leadership Experience in safety and risk management Knowledge of lean management and maintenance tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Location Based at Electrolux's main Food Preservation site in Susegana (TV), just 1 hour from Venice, engaged in Industry 4.0 investments. Collaborate with various functions like Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to innovate refrigeration solutions.
