Working closely with R&D scientists, the successful candidate will integrate main process equipment into the plant layout, define mechanical features, interact with suppliers, and support the Plant 3D Model for layouts and piping. The role includes overseeing the pilot plant's mechanical development and scalability by analyzing performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze plant mechanical feasibility using 3D models to ensure performance, safety, and standards compliance. Select static and rotating equipment, and define operating and maintenance procedures. Assist in defining constructability schemes and sequences. Develop project specifications, bid packages, and work execution plans. Align vendor offers, evaluate technical bids, and coordinate subcontractor work descriptions. Establish mechanical and piping design basis. Support the development of company standards and calculation models. Manage the integration of mechanical systems and the Pilot Plant 3D model. Perform piping stress analysis. Assist with permit applications and documentation for public authorities. Follow up on orders with vendors and support commissioning and startup. Collaborate with external partners, including research institutions. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience in material procurement and vendor relations. Proficiency with CAD mechanical software (Solid Edge preferred), AutoCAD LT, and Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Fluent in professional English. Enthusiasm for expanding technological expertise.
