Job Description

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Head of Sales for one of the leading suppliers of components for BESS. Responsibilities: Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market in line with company objectives. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio, focusing on EPCs, developers, and distributors. Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Constantly monitor the market, competitors, and industry trends, providing analysis and reports to management. Requirements: Degree in technical, economic disciplines or equivalent. An engineering background is a plus. At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the photovoltaic sector, preferably with a focus on modules. Solid knowledge of the Italian BESS market and supply chain (EPCs, developers, installers, distributors). Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Results-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously and under pressure. Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (mandatory).
