Customer Success Manager

You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication. You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely / on-site) on our product usage. You identify potential "stumbling blocks" in onboarding projects and work with customers and colleagues from other departments to resolve them. You oversee upgrading our solutions for existing clients. Through close contact with customers, you help continuously improve our products and processes. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi-)project management, ideally with proven successful projects. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress. You are accustomed to managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the automotive or software sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
