Role : Facility Manager - Vergiate Within the Customer Care & Service Delivery Unit, the selected candidate will manage passive and active contracts for Leonardo Global Solutions, primarily focusing on Maintenance and Soft Services. Responsibilities include : Ensuring the delivery of facility management services at assigned sites, maintaining client integration; Serving as the main interface with clients to manage operational needs, resolve complaints, and strengthen customer loyalty; Assessing service requirements, planning, and monitoring progress; Managing operational contracts and relationships with suppliers; Supporting physical site surveillance and environmental compliance activities; Monitoring performance through KPIs and SLAs, conducting internal reviews and client updates; Updating information systems and managing site budgets, ensuring timely reporting. Qualifications : Educational background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Management, or Architecture. Technical skills : Proven experience managing facilities in productive sites (GDO, commercial, chemical-pharmaceutical, industrial sectors). Soft skills : Adaptability, proactivity, listening skills, organizational abilities. Other : Availability for short travels.
