About the job : Develop and maintain customer relationships, search for and collect project information in the petrochemical and refinery chemical industries, understand customer needs, and provide solutions. Define sales strategies, profit margins, and market share increase in collaboration with the manager. Plan and execute high-level customer meetings to strengthen relationships and motivate customers. Identify and manage sales agents / distributors and oversee the channel. Sell AL products via channels or directly to customers. Coordinate with the central technical team for international projects, product adaptation, and engineering support. What you know : Knowledge : 5 years of sales, application, or technical support experience in power industries. Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in mechanical, electrical, thermodynamics, process control, etc. Skills : Fluent in written and spoken English. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in large project sales, follow-up, daily contact, and negotiation. Maintain stable performance under pressure. Customer-oriented with effective communication skills. Willing to travel.
