Junior Accountant

Your tasks and responsibilities: You check and book incoming invoices and staff expense reports (internal and external) You monitor payments via Isabel and follow up on payment issues You resolve supplier disputes (credit notes, reminders, etc.) You record financial transactions and handle bank reconciliations You support monthly and year-end closings and assist in audit file preparation You support the Finance & Business Controller You will be preparing annual budgets and forecasts by product, brand, and market You conduct profitability analysis per product & maintain Excel dashboards The ideal profile as Junior Accountant: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy You have a good working knowledge of French, Dutch, and English You are skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office You are methodical, structured, reliable, and a real team player Experience with Oracle and the Isabel is a plus What we offer: A permanent contract A gross monthly salary of 2600-3500 bonus 20 legal holidays and 9 compensation days A range of extra-legal benefits such as meal vouchers, hospital and group insurance, a mobile phone subscription, A company laptop Payments, Dispute, Payments, Oracle, Bank Reconciliation, Business, Audit, Accounting, Expense Reports, Annual Budgets, MS Excel, Billing, Checks, Finance, Forecasting, MS Office Suite, Credit, Dashboard, Methodical approach, Year End Close
