Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years speech therapy experience required. We are hiring a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide virtual speech-language services to K12 students across West Virginia. This 1099 contract role is perfect for tech-savvy, independent clinicians seeking the flexibility of remote work while serving students in rural and underserved districts. Teletherapy software and onboarding support are provided. Duties: Deliver therapy sessions using secure online platforms Conduct virtual assessments and contribute to IEP development Document student progress, maintain compliance with WVDE standards Attend remote IEP meetings with school teams and families Collaborate with educators and paraprofessionals to support student goals Maintain confidentiality under FERPA and HIPAA regulations Benefits: 1099 Position Guaranteed Weekly Hours Highly Competitive pay rate: $43-$48/hr School hours VOCOVISION Requirements Must have a Master's Degree Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099) Home computer with high internet speed Passed basic tech screening Interview Process: 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss more details about this opportunity!
