CRM Executive - Entertainment Industry - £30K - London Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days office-based, 3 days WFH) Salary: £30,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week) Annual Leave: 25 days per annum About the Company: Our client is a leading international live entertainment business, backed by a major investment firm. They focus on new productions, live-streaming content, and providing amazing spaces for live entertainment. The Role: Seeking a dynamic CRM Executive to support CRM strategy, drive retention, and audience development across ticketing assets. Key Responsibilities: Support CRM strategy for venues and ticket agent brands. Drive customer loyalty through data-driven marketing. Manage and deliver marketing campaigns. Coordinate digital campaigns and oversee marketing content. Analyse marketing campaigns and provide reports. Develop marketing revenue through selling services. Manage CRM systems and support membership schemes. About You: 12 months experience with a CRM system. Knowledge of customer personalisation and dynamic content.
