Product Manager – Payments £70,000 – £80,000 | London (Hybrid) Enabling billions in global donations to charities A fast-growing Series A start-up is seeking a Product Manager to lead its payments and financial infrastructure. The Product Manager will take ownership of core financial systems including payouts, settlements, tax handling, and ledgers , playing a key role in ensuring that donations are managed efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities Lead the product roadmap for payments and financial operations. Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Legal teams to improve donation flows and processes. Make data-driven decisions to improve product performance. Ensure compliance while delivering a seamless user experience. Manage product development from discovery through to delivery. Candidate Profile 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally within payments or fintech. Strong understanding of payment flows, money movement, or financial reconciliation. Comfortable working with legal, compliance, and risk teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environment.
