Engineering Team Leader Location: Wrexham Salary: £50,345 per annum Shifts: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) 7am7pm / 7pm7am Holiday: 28 days Are you a hands-on Engineering Team Leader looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established food production company based in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer with leadership experience to join a highly successful and growing team. The Role: Lead and motivate a small team of Engineers across the 4 on 4 off shift pattern Ensure all machinery is maintained to a high standard and breakdowns are responded to promptly Maintain compliance with health & safety and food safety standards at all times Work closely with production teams to improve reliability and efficiency Hands-on approach youll be expected to actively support with maintenance and repair tasks What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an engineering leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred) Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems Flexible and committed approach to shift work Excellent communication and team management abilities Engineering qualifications (e.g., apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Whats in it for you?
