IT Technician Reading Up to £30,000 We’re working with a leading media provider that’s expanding their internal IT team. They’re now looking for a hands-on IT Technician to support day-to-day technical operations, internal users, and project-based work from their Reading office. What You’ll Be Doing Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users (remote and on-site) Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Supporting project teams with setup and configuration of internal systems Maintaining documentation and asset management Liaising with external vendors when required Tech Environment You’ll be working with a range of mainstream Microsoft technologies, including: Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) Active Directory / Group Policy Azure AD Windows Server environments Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) What’s in it for You?
