Geospatial Insight & Analytics Manager Leeds – 3 days a week in the office £65,000 bonus A leading UK business is looking for a Geospatial Insight & Analytics Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead location-based insight projects that influence real-world decisions — from where to open new stores to how to reach customers more effectively. The Role You’ll join a small, growing insight team and take the lead on geospatial analytics. The focus is using data tied to geography to help the business make smarter choices. You’ll also manage an Analyst and play a key role in shaping the broader data strategy. What You’ll Be Doing Guiding decisions on store locations, delivery routes, and marketing using location data Building models that show customer and competitor trends by region Turning complex spatial data into clear, visual insights Working closely with senior leaders to embed geospatial thinking into the business Leading end-to-end projects, from idea to impact Helping develop the wider data function and mentoring junior team members What They’re Looking For Strong experience working with geospatial or location-based data Confident using tools like SQL or Python to analyse data Familiar with mapping and GIS platforms (e.g., ESRI) Comfortable presenting insight in a clear, visual way Some experience leading or mentoring others How to Apply Interested?
