What You’ll Do: Lead the design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Build custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems. Optimize performance and ensure system stability. Mentor junior developers and share best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. What You Bring: Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, especially in Service Cloud. Salesforce certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II. Strong coding skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Ant, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce Admin and Marketing Cloud. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
