The Opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role, overseeing the end-to-end supply chain function to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing: Managing and optimising the supply chain to endure OTIF Developing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts Implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency Forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring product availability Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance Leading and developing a small team What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally in a trading, wholesale or distribution environment Excellent negotiation, organisational and analytical skills A hands on, can-do approach with strong problem solving abilities Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience with supply chain software and systems Why Join?
