Job Summary You will be responsible for the effective maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a wide range of crushing and screening equipment including: · Gipo · Finlay · Metso · McCloskey · Powerscreen And associated equipment. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service to reduce downtime and maximise machine availability. Key Responsibilities · Repair and Maintenance of crushing and screening and related equipment · Identify mechanical issues using technical expertise and diagnostic tools · Carry out all duties safely and efficiently · Work within manufacturer and company time guidelines · Maintain a personal toolkit adequate for the role · Report and manage tool issues in line with safety and testing standards · Accurately complete all job-related paperwork (service reports, work history, etc.) · Communicate with management to source and order parts as needed · Be punctual, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality work Essential Skills & Qualifications · Completed formal apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification in: o Plant Maintenance o Agricultural Mechanics o HGV Mechanics (NVQ or similar) · Experience in repairing and maintaining heavy construction plant · Strong technical knowledge of: o Diesel engines o Transmissions and drivelines o Hydraulic systems o Electrical systems Desired Skills · Full UK Driving Licence · Over 18 years of age Join us and be part of a growing, forward-thinking team where your skills will be valued, your development supported, and your work will make a difference THIS POSITION IS BASED IN STANTON DREW NEAR BRISTOL SO WILL NEED TO LIVE WITHIN THIS LOCATION
