Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Mobile (Watford, Stevenage, Luton, Bury St Edmunds) - Up to £43,000 Are you a Mobile Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be mobile in out of London? Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London & the South East. CBW are currently looking for 1 x Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover commercial buildings located across Watford, Stevenage, Luton, Bury St Edmunds areas. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be working across a range of buildings carrying out PPM's mainly to landlord buildings. This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPMmaintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £43,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. Key duties & Responsibilities Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log Weekly AOV test and Log L8 water hygiene monitoring Fan Coil Unit servicing AHU servicing Weekly/Monthly Generator test and log Monthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and log Supervision of Sub Contractors Assist with preparation of Quotations for remedial works. Be available for duty call out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in 4) Hours of work Monday to Friday - Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installation / Engineering You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance An understanding of commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Excellent customer service skills Package Up to £43,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications) Company Vehicle with Fuel card and Float Call out 1 in 4 PDA's 23 days holiday BH Overtime available Training and development opportunities Contributory pension scheme Please send your CV toDan Barber at Cbw Staffing Solutions for more information
