Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg Industry: Healthcare Workplace Model: Hybrid (4 days a week) Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager with a strong accounting background to lead the finance function of a growing healthcare business based in Tuttlingen. The company is embarking on an ambitious buy-and-build journey and is looking for someone who can bring structure, leadership, and a drive for digitalization to an evolving finance team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 5 finance and accounting professionals Oversee all aspects of accounting under German GAAP (HGB) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support consolidation processes using Lucanet Drive process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives Collaborate closely with the CFO and the finance team Take ownership of internal and external reporting, including Power BI dashboards Manage and optimize accounting and ERP systems (DATEV and Majesty) Your Profile: Deep technical accounting expertise, with experience managing small teams Solid understanding of HGB and financial consolidation Proficiency in DATEV, Lucanet, and ERP systems (ideally Majesty) Strong analytical skills and reporting experience (Power BI is a plus) Fluent in German (spoken and written) Comfortable working in a traditional business setting with a practical, hands-on approach Eager to contribute to digital transformation and scalability efforts Industry background is flexible – we’re open to candidates from various sectors
