The Role: Data Analytics Engineer This is a hands-on opportunity to work at the centre of a data-driven platform , where your insights will shape real-time experiences, predictive models, and business strategy. From livestream performance to fan engagement and AI innovation—you’ll have real impact across the business. What You’ll Do Answer business-critical questions through data exploration, analysis & interpretation. Own and evolve the analytics and engineering stack (GA4, GTM, AWS, BigQuery, Shopify, Firebase, and more). Design & maintain ETL pipelines and support a move toward an AI-assisted data platform. Build dashboards, reports, and visualisations that guide product and marketing decisions. Drive the AI roadmap: identify use cases for LLMs, predictive models, and automation. Stay on top of trends in analytics, engineering, and AI to keep the platform cutting-edge. ✅ What You’ll Bring 5 years in data analytics or engineering. Strong SQL and experience with data warehouses like Redshift or BigQuery. ETL/ELT and cloud-native infrastructure expertise (AWS, serverless architecture). Proven skills with GTM, and experience in web/app tracking & analytics. Familiarity with Looker (Studio). Bonus: Experience using AI/ML to automate insights or drive personalisation. Why Join?
