Robotics Test Engineer

Seniority & profile : From 3 years of professionnel experience using software engineering with strong knowledge of Linux systems. Knowledge in Python and experience with standard robotics tools will help (ROS, URDF, MuJoCo, etc.). Good fondation in hardware system knowledge : mechatronic systems, embedded, prototyping skills, etc This is a very "hands-on" job. Familiarity with software testing methodologies and version contro l (Git). A structured mindset, strong communication skills and familiarity with Agile processes (sprint planning, design/code reviews). With a Master/Engineering degree What you would work on : You will be responsible for feature deployment efficiency and quality. By implementing complete hardware-in-the-loop setups simulating Aru in different contexts ("playgrounds"), equipping them with monitoring tools and continuously piloting Aru to ensure optimal behavior. You will also be responsible for the integration & deployment pipelines on Aru of hardware elements : Automated test benches to validate PCBs & parts of Aru as they come out of the assembly line, diagnostic tools and procedures for when things go wrong. You will be performing root-cause analysis on R&D topics alongside the platform team. Those missions will take place in our workshop in Toulouse. As well as in the field alongside the application team , the field engineers working on Aru's specialization. This includes traveling to our early-adopter sites.
