Through its solar division, the company is active in the development, investment, construction, and operation of photovoltaic plants, as well as in the supply of green electricity and advanced energy solutions for clients in several European markets. Your new role Oversee full project lifecycle: Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation through execution to final delivery. Budget and schedule control: Ensure projects remain on time and within budget through proactive planning and monitoring. Site coordination: Direct and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring alignment between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Grid connection expertise: Manage and resolve grid connection issues, ensuring successful integration of power plants into the national electricity grid in compliance with regulatory and technical requirements. Quality and safety assurance: Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process. Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define objectives and resolve technical or logistical issues. Contract and bid management: Prepare and review project bids, negotiate subcontractor agreements, and manage contract execution. Technical support: Assist engineering teams in resolving design and execution challenges, ensuring technical feasibility and efficiency. Progress reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Permitting oversight (streamlined): Supervise essential permitting activities and coordinate with external consultants and authorities to avoid project delays. What do you need to succeed? You have a university degree, preferably a master’s, with 3 years of experience in secondary permits management during construction (preferably photovoltaic). English and Italian are mandatory. Good technical knowledge in photovoltaic, electricity, and construction, including carpentry. Experience in grid connection issues. You are a good communicator, rigorous, autonomous, and responsible. You will be required to spend 50% of your time on-site and to travel extensively.
