Working as part of a small, well-trained, and fully supported international team of sales executives, you will be enabled with cutting-edge sales CRM technology and in-depth management team knowledge of field sales. Your role involves selling highly competitive and innovative top-end products and services in the financial sector, with achievable, realistic targets. More specifically, as a Field Sales Executive You will: Follow up on scheduled appointments, evaluate existing data about prospects, build rapport, and validate prospects' current needs in relation to Viva Wallet offerings. Maximize reach by obtaining referrals from existing clients. Deliver positive and compelling presentations of products/services, driven by your understanding of the market and features/advantages of the offerings for each prospect. Close sales by selling the group products/services. Schedule and oversee the delivery and installation of card terminals at client premises. Enter and update customer data and relevant information in the CRM system. Discuss and resolve issues with your area manager to achieve top sales results. Undertake relevant training and refresher courses related to your role. Promote team spirit and learn from colleagues. Maintain a permanent presence in the market and uphold a positive image of Viva Wallet's offers. Act as a first contact point between clients and internal departments for your assigned clientele. Retain customers by preventing migration to competitors. Require at least 1-2 years of digital and e-commerce sales experience with a proven track record in acquiring e-commerce and online merchants. Have a deep understanding of the retail, hospitality, freelance markets, and card terminal users. Requirements Understanding of financial products/services features and advantages. Experience working with CRM systems. Outstanding negotiation and sales skills with proven closing ability. Strong organizational and diary management skills. Resilience and ability to handle objections. Motivation to succeed both personally and financially. At least a bachelor's degree. Excellent command of Italian and English. Previous sales experience in the payment services or card terminals industry. Ability to understand, demonstrate, and communicate web-based software products. Ability to deal with a diverse client base.
