This role requires a skilled individual with expertise in web applications working with Python and React.js, who can work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and marketing professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating high-quality software solutions and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain software applications using Python as the primary language, focusing on robust and scalable solutions. • Build and optimize user interfaces and client-side applications using React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences. • Collaborate with business, marketing, and revenue management teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored software solutions. • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to support data modeling and integration efforts. • Utilize Python frameworks such as Flask, Dash, or Streamlit to create efficient backend systems. • Contribute to the migration and optimization of data processes, including future transitions to Databricks. • Ensure code quality and maintainability through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices. • Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and workflows to ensure timely project delivery. • Implement APIs and integrate cloud technologies to enhance system functionality. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members when necessary. • Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, with significant expertise in Python and React.js. • High proficiency in React.js, including at least one year in a senior-level role. • Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Flask, Dash, or Streamlit is preferred. • Strong background in data modeling and working with complex datasets. • Knowledge of Databricks and experience with data integration processes is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira.
