The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center is actively seeking an Anesthesiologist to lead our department and join us in our mission to provide Veterans with the world-class benefits and services they have earned. Selected candidates will be considered for a faculty appointment at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Highlights: Approximately 30% administrative and 70% clinical General Anesthesia with care team model: primarily medically directing Anesthesia Residents and CRNA's Diverse case load with teaching opportunities Call scheduled quarterly; approximately 1:10, 2-3 call days per month Typical shift M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm, 1 holiday shift per year Up to $200K in loan repayment opportunity available Qualifications: MD or DO degree BE/BC Anesthesiology Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package: Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME).
