Job Description Job Description Robert Half is seeking a committed and experienced Case Manager with a strong background in Social Security Disability law. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and play a pivotal role in managing their cases. Your expertise will ensure that all aspects of their applications, appeals, and legal representation are handled with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison between clients, attorneys, and government agencies throughout the Social Security Disability process. Manage and organize an active caseload, ensuring timely submission of legal documents and adherence to all deadlines. Assist clients with completing forms, gathering necessary medical records, and preparing case documentation. Conduct initial client intake to assess eligibility and document key case details accurately. Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding records or information needed to strengthen claims. Coordinate case timelines, hearings, and meetings with attorneys and clients. Stay current with Social Security Disability laws, procedures, and updates to assist clients effectively. Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, including compiling case evidence and briefing clients on expectations. Provide compassionate and empathetic support for clients navigating challenging situations. Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a case manager, paralegal, or in a similar role specializing in Social Security Disability law. Strong understanding of Social Security Disability processes, including applications, appeals, and hearings. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple cases diligently. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy. Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working closely with clients facing disabilities or other challenges is highly desirable. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
