Responsibilities: • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in estate planning, probate, business law, and real estate matters. • Prepare and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, contracts, and agreements. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement. • Manage a diverse caseload independently, ensuring timely completion of tasks and client satisfaction. • Foster strong client relationships by delivering personalized and effective legal solutions. • Participate in community and outreach events to enhance the firm's visibility and client engagement. • Utilize legal technology tools, including document assembly and case management software, to streamline processes and maintain efficiency. • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and productive team environment. • Stay informed on changes in relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date legal advice.• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active license to practice law in Texas. • At least 3 years of experience handling estate planning, probate, business law, or real estate cases. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships. • Willingness to engage in community and business activities to support growth.
