The Interim Finance Manager will oversee and enhance the financial operations within the accounting and finance department for a not-for-profit organisation. Prepare and review financial reports to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient budget management. Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Supervise and support the finance team in delivering objectives. Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reconciliations. Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements as needed.
