Aerzen Rental Solutions, a market leader in oil-free blower and compressor hire, is looking for a driven and adaptable Warehouse Operative to join our growing team based in Langley Mill. This is a varied, hands-on role with exposure to engineering, logistics, and customer operations — perfect for someone with ambition to grow into either a technical or commercial career path. Key Responsibilities: ? Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including janitorial duties? Support site visits and installation projects (including occasional overnight stays)? Visit suppliers to collect or deliver parts and materials? Help test and refurbish blowers, compressors, and associated equipment? Work closely with engineers and the rental team on kit preparation and mobilisation What We're Looking For: ? Positive attitude and strong work ethic - you’re reliable, enthusiastic, and hands-on? Full UK driving licence (essential)? Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)? Willingness to learn and develop - we’ll support your growth into either engineering or sales?
