Role Title: RTA ParalegalLocation: Leeds, West Yorkshire,Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (DOE), About the Employer: Our client is a well-respected name within the legal and insurance sectors, recognised for their strong commercial foundation and supportive working culture. Due to growing demand, they are now looking to recruit an experienced professional to join their RTA claims team Position Summary & Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a capable legal professional to manage a varied caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated road traffic accident (RTA) claims. This role involves: Handling a broad spectrum of fast-track personal injury claims resulting from RTAs Managing cases through both the Official Injury Claim (OIC) and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portals Taking responsibility for non-portal cases as required Overseeing claims from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation as necessary Benefits Package: Starting annual leave of 22 days, plus bank holidays Additional holiday entitlement with length of service Option to buy or sell up to 5 days of holiday annually 9% employer contribution to pension scheme Private medical insurance Flexible hybrid working arrangement (up to 2 days in-office per week, with the option to attend more frequently) High-spec IT equipment supplied for home working Complimentary holiday and roadside assistance insurance 50% discount on a range of insurance products Casual dress code while in the office Free on-site parking (subject to advance booking) Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in managing personal injury claims is essential Working knowledge of the OIC and/or MOJ claims portals is required Prior experience in litigated PI matters is highly desirable About CRA Consulting: CRA Consulting are a specialist legal recruiter, operating across the UK.
