We're Hiring: Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor – Transportation / Infrastructure | RKA Associates RKA Associates is looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Transportation & Infrastructure team in Leeds. What You’ll Be Doing Championing commercial awareness across project teams Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and governance Preparing internal and client-facing commercial reports Managing valuationsOverseeing subcontractor accounts and procurement schedules Administering contracts, managing change, and maintaining registers , applications for payment, and cost reporting Identifying commercial risks and opportunities Engaging with clients ‍♀️ What We’re Looking For BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Strong background in civil engineering and/or rail (rail experience preferred) Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a ready-to-step-up Quantity Surveyor Familiarity with NEC contracts and standard methods of measurement Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel What’s In It for You?
